Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a manager who lives in the building?
A neighbour fits the work in between other things; we are obliged to run it. There is a contract, an account, deadlines and someone who answers for them.
How long does it take to start?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from the first conversation: inspection, quote, decision of the general meeting, then handover of the documents and the fees.
Is a decision of the general meeting needed?
Yes. The general meeting chooses the manager, so we write the quote so that the meeting can understand it.
What happens to the existing documents and money?
We take them over against a protocol: funds on hand, invoices, contracts and documents. Our accounts start from there.
Can we stop later?
Yes, with the notice period agreed in the contract. Before we go, we hand over the archive, the accounts and the funds.
How to get a quote
Send us the district, the number of entrances and apartments, the floors, whether there is a lift and what scope you want. The quote is prepared for that building.
